Title: Rcode_LTAYLOR_Soil nematode functional diversity during vertebrate decomposition
Abstract: This file contains the R code necessary to generate graphs found in all manuscript figures, as well as to perform statistical calculations (ANOVAs, T-tests). For reference, the all_indices file is included, from which boxplots and statistical data is calculated (Nematode_all_indices_LTAYLOR_Soil nematode functional diversity during vertebrate decomposition). In addition to base R, statistical analyses were performed using the R package “car”.
