Abstract: This file contains the data used to develop the plots in the accompanying manuscript, including results of vane shear tests (undrained shear strength) and flow table tests conducted on samples of fine coal refuse (FCR) prepared with different background solutions (flocculant, dispersant, and distilled water). Tests were conducted on FCR samples consolidated to different stresses.
